About Jackie Jackie has been leading Autumn weekend retreats at Claridge House for many years, offering a warm, steady, and thoughtful space for rest and reflection. She holds a British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma and a Level 3 Mindfulness Certificate, alongside extensive continuing professional development in wellbeing and contemplative practice. Jackie brings a rich variety of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and reflective practices to the weekend, with an emphasis on being rather than doing. Her teaching invites participants to soften effort, listen deeply, and reconnect with their own inner rhythms in a gentle, supportive way.
