Description Delicious non-alcoholic sparkling wine cava made by Pinord, a winery with more than 150 years of history located in the Penedés region. Dibon cava began to be marketed from 1950 and is a sparkling legacy born from the family farmhouse, using the native varieties of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada. Today, they bring us two non-alcoholic sparkling wines with personality, quality, fruit of their family tradition. During the harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and harvested to ensure the highest quality. They are then gently pressed to extract the must, preserving its true essence. Fermentation occurs naturally, transforming the sugars in the must into alcohol. Once finished, the wine is clarified, stabilized and carefully filtered to eliminate impurities or unwanted particles. Then, using exclusively physical processes, the alcohol is gently removed, preserving the aromas and sensory profile of the wine. The result is an alcohol-free wine that retains all the essence and character of the original. Finally, carbon dioxide is added to create the fine, elegant bubbles characteristic of sparkling wines, before the wine is bottled.
