Jameson Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey 46% 0.7L Five Oak Cask Release The Jameson Single Pot Still embodies the traditional style of Irish whiskey production from which it takes its name. The malted and unmalted barley is triple distilled for a rich, unmistakable silky texture with a characteristic spicy flavor. This Five Oak Cask Release matures in a combination of three different types of virgin oak (Irish, European, and American), in addition to ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The final result is a whiskey that is complex and smooth. On the nose, it gives us spices of cinnamon and nutmeg intertwined with rich toasted oak, sweet honeycomb, and salted caramel. On the palate, rich dark chocolate, spicy toffee, and ground cinnamon with notes of freshly grated ginger and hints of orange peel, and in the finish, it leaves us with spices and oak.
