Maintain a sense of tolerance, make allowances, and strengthen your relationships.Approximately 380 doses per bottle Active Ingredient: 5X dilution of Beech (Fagus sylvatica) HPUS.Inactive Ingredient: 27% Alcohol. Using a single remedy: Take 2 drops directly on tongue or add to a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed, and can be taken throughout the day.Using multiple remedies: Add 2 drops of each remedy (up to a maximum of 7) to a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day. A teaspoon of cider vinegar, glycerin, or brandy may be added to your personal blend as a preservative.
