Wild harvested and sustainably sourced high quality mixed grade Omani frankincense resin (boswellia sacra). Each bag weighs 100 grams. Instructions for use: Place 1-2 resin pieces on a hot charcoal disc (in frankincense burner) and allow the resin to melt. The smoke will fill the air creating a cleansing, calming aroma. An oil burner may also be used with a small tea light candle underneath. Place a piece of resin on a piece of aluminum foil (to avoid leaving a sticky residue behind) and place on burner. Lighter colored resin pieces may be dissolved in water overnight or steeped like tea to create a healthy, detoxifying drink that soothes the digestive system and boosts overall wellness.
