Non-alcoholic vermouth Casals Zero is a non-alcoholic vermouth made by Bodegas Torres using a centuries-old vermouth recipe recovered from family cookbooks. This is the first alcohol-free vermouth created with heirloom Catalan grapes, enhanced with Mediterranean botanicals from the Penedès region. It also contains no artificial colors or sweeteners. Bright amber in colour with golden and coppery highlights. On the nose, it is perfectly balanced, displaying nuances ranging from its vinous essence to typical Mediterranean spices. Notes of mandarin peel, warm cinnamon, and olive leaves contribute a fresh and distinctive Mediterranean profile. On the palate, it offers a harmonious balance between sweetness and bitterness.
