Non-alcoholic vermouth Cabecita Loca is an alcohol-free vermouth made from a base of quality non-alcoholic white wine to which more than 20 natural extracts have been added to give this drink a unique character. In addition to being alcohol-free, it is sugar-free and calorie-free. This alcohol-free aperitif blends the bitter taste of the spices with the acidity of the base wine and the sweetness from the Stevia. Elaborated with the minimum intervention and presented without clarifying or stabilizing, and with a light filtering. It has a bright amber color in the glass, with notes of licorice, woody botanical herbs, wormwood, quinine, and cinnamon. Spice entry along with bitter herbs on the palate, candied orange peel, hazelnut and almond. Aromatically subtle, with a lingering bitter-sweet aftertaste. Volume: 70 cl. ABV: 0.0%.
