Documents 133 etchings made between 1901 and 1914, with full details of states, sizes, and editions. Printed on fine paper, the accompanying original etching (a self-portrait) has John’s signature in pencil. Ex-libris bookplate of Kenneth Guichard, author of British Etchers, 1850-1940, on front paste-down. Condition: cream cloth boards a little worn with handling marks. Spine a little rubbed and tanned with fading to gilt titling. Toning to endpapers. 32 x 26.5 cms.
