RIOJA Tempranillo WINE MAKING / VINIFICACIÓN With a touch of oak we bring out the full fruit and freshness potential of our wines from this area with mechanical harvest and with a cold soak of 17 days with pumping over three times daily. We elaborate this wine in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 4-6 months in 2-4 years American oak barrels. We got this wine out pretty soon. A blend of grapes from various vineyards throughout La Rioja Alta which display freshness, fruit and balance as we select from fertile loamy soils APPEARANCEA deep intense purple with bluish hints. AROMAFresh aromatic fruits with blueberry, strawberry, red cherries and violets. TASTEA juicy easy drinking wine with a lively acidity and well balanced fruit explosion. SERVING TEMPERATURE14-16 ºC.
